1. Who we are
Minte is the enterprise AI platform behind minte.app. Our goal is to help organizations query internal information, automate tasks, and create agents connected to their systems with security and permission controls.
2. Website access and commercial requests
You may browse the website and request information or a demo as long as you provide accurate data and use the forms lawfully. Submitting a request does not imply automatic acceptance as a customer or any obligation to provide a specific service. We may contact you to understand your case, assess technical needs, explain pricing, prepare a proposal, or indicate that the service does not fit the request.
3. Contracting and specific terms
Professional use of the platform may be subject to a proposal, contract, order form, DPA, confidentiality agreement, SLA, or specific terms. If these general terms conflict with a signed customer contract, the signed contract will prevail for that customer. Some features may depend on the contracted plan, enabled integrations, technical limits, or availability of external providers.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Minte for unlawful activities, to infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized system access, extract data abusively, interfere with service security, introduce malware, bypass technical limits, or generate content that violates applicable law. In enterprise environments, each customer is responsible for configuring permissions, users, data sources, and integrations according to its internal policies.
5. Accounts, credentials, and permissions
If you access a Minte account, you must protect your credentials and notify us if you detect unauthorized use. Accounts are personal within the organization unless the contract allows otherwise. Customer administrators may manage users, access, permissions, connected sources, and internal policies. Minte may suspend access where there is a security risk, contractual breach, or use contrary to these terms.
6. Data, content, and AI outputs
The customer retains its rights over the data, documents, instructions, prompts, and content entered into the platform. Minte processes that information to provide the service and in accordance with the privacy policy, applicable contract, and customer instructions. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information; they should be reviewed before making important decisions, especially in legal, financial, health, employment, or compliance matters.
7. Integrations and third parties
Minte may connect with external tools such as CRM, ERP, email, documents, storage, messaging platforms, databases, AI providers, and other services configured by the customer. The customer must have sufficient permissions to connect those sources and review the terms of the third parties it uses. Minte does not control external services outside its platform, although it works with appropriate providers to deliver its functionality.
8. Intellectual property
The website, the Minte brand, the platform, software, design, texts, interfaces, documentation, and technical elements are owned by Minte or its licensors unless otherwise stated. These terms do not grant any transfer of intellectual property, except for the limited right of access and use needed to browse the website or use the contracted service.
9. Availability, changes, and maintenance
We work to keep Minte available, secure, and up to date, but the service may experience interruptions due to maintenance, improvements, incidents, provider changes, or causes beyond our control. We may modify features, interfaces, limits, or integrations to improve the product, strengthen security, comply with the law, or adapt the service to technical or commercial needs.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Minte will not be liable for damages arising from misuse of the service, incorrect customer configurations, data entered by third parties, decisions made without human review, reasonable interruptions, failures of external services, or force majeure. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or responsibilities expressly assumed in a signed contract.
